Traveling information for your trip

How to get here

Manaus is a vibrant international city with a population of over 2 million, featuring numerous cultural attractions and a vibrant nightlife. It is located at the confluence of the Rio Negro and the Rio Solimoes, just a short flight via major international carrier from cities including Miami and Panama City.

What you'll need

You’ll need your passport and a tourist visa to enter, and we can advise you on how to effortlessly obtain the latter. Although the Rio Negro is tannic and therefore there are few if any mosquitoes, we advise that you consult with your physician about any medications you might need to travel. Once you arrive, you’ll be greeted at the airport by our representative and taken via air-conditioned van to one of the city’s best hotels to overnight before flying into the jungle the following morning.
